How to Pay Fees

Bolgatanga Technical University offers convenient payment options for students to settle their academic fees. Follow the steps below to complete your payment.

Payment Methods

🏦 Bank Payment

  1. Obtain your student invoice from the Student Portal
  2. Visit any designated bank branch with your invoice
  3. Make payment and collect your receipt
  4. Submit receipt copy to the Finance Directorate for verification

📱 Mobile Money

  1. Dial the designated USSD code on your mobile phone
  2. Select "Pay Fees" and enter your Student ID
  3. Confirm the amount and complete the transaction
  4. Save the transaction confirmation message

🌐 Online Payment Portal

  1. Log in to the Student Portal with your credentials
  2. Navigate to "Financials" or "Pay Fees"
  3. Select your preferred payment option (card, mobile money, bank transfer)
  4. Complete payment and download your e-receipt
