General Services Directorate

The General Services Directorate is the nerve centre of the Registry of the University, where information on correspondence with external stakeholders, staff, students and the general public of the University can be obtained. It provides excellent and courteous professional services to both internal and external publics of the University.

The Directorate has supervisory control over the Security Section, as well as all administrative staff in the Schools, Institutes, Centres, Departments and Units of the University.

The vision of the Directorate is to provide leadership and best practices in managing records, facilities, security and resource conservation, maintenance, and other support services to officials, in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
